I. Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to return a product for any reason, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
7-Day Hassle-Free Return
Within 7 days of receiving the product, you may request a return for any reason.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
For returns not due to quality issues that are requested after the 7-day period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee.

Our oak barrels are specialty products crafted through a meticulous process that spans at least three years, from material selection and natural air-drying to assembly and charring. Therefore, we encourage careful consideration before purchase and welcome you to consult our team at any time for selection advice. Thank you for your understanding and support.
II. Warranty Policy
Repair Services
Refunds are not provided for damages resulting from normal use, wear and tear, or accidents. We can still offer paid repair services. The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs and the corresponding repair fees (subject to the nature of the damage).
III. Process for Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs
Please contact us via email at sales@wolincooperage.com and provide:
Order number
Clear photos of the product and a description of the issue.
We will review your request and notify you of its approval status, then provide a return address or further instructions.
Please do not ship the item back on your own. Wait until you have received the official return address before arranging the return.
